1. Order Processing & Production Time

- In-stock orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. All bikes undergo double quality inspection before dispatch.
- Custom / built-to-order bikes: 15–25 business days of production time after order confirmation, plus 1–2 business days of quality inspection and processing before dispatch.
- Pre-order items: Refer to the estimated dispatch date stated on the product page.
Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage & Eligibility

Standard delivery is available to the destinations below. Existing destinations remain available except India, Lithuania and Latvia, which are no longer served. Address restrictions and checkout availability apply.

Russia and Belarus: Please contact our team before payment to confirm an available payment method and settlement currency. Ruble payments require prior confirmation.

Unavailable destinations: We do not ship to India, Lithuania or Latvia. The existing exclusions for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses remain in place.

Remote areas: Remote or island addresses may be unavailable or subject to an address-specific surcharge disclosed before payment. If your address is unserviceable, we will notify you within 1 business day and offer a full refund with no deductions.

3. Estimated Transit Time

The updated estimates below are calendar days after dispatch, except the retained business-day estimate expressly identified for other existing destinations. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Order processing and custom production are additional.

How to calculate your delivery estimate

Customs clearance, extreme weather and carrier disruption can affect transit. For destinations requiring confirmation, contact support@cyctracebike.com with your delivery address before payment.

4. Pre-Order Policy

For pre-order products:
- The estimated dispatch date is clearly stated on each product page.
- We will send proactive email notification at least 5 business days in advance if we foresee a dispatch delay of more than 3 working days.
- If the actual dispatch date is delayed by more than 10 business days from the stated date, you have the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund with no deductions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, including a unique tracking number and carrier information.
You may track your shipment directly on the carrier's official website or via third-party tracking platforms.

6. Delivery & Signature

- A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
- The carrier will attempt delivery at least twice before holding the package at a local pickup point.
- The package will be held at the pickup point for 5–7 business days (subject to the carrier's official policy). If not collected within the holding period, the package will be returned to us as a failed delivery, and the buyer-responsible failure policy in Section 7.1 will apply.
- Please ensure the shipping address and contact phone number you provide are accurate and reachable.

7. Failed Delivery

7.1 Buyer-Responsible Failures
Delivery may fail due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refusal to pay applicable fees disclosed before payment, or failure to collect the package within the carrier's holding period.
If the package is returned to us due to buyer-side reasons:
- Round-trip shipping fees and customs detention fees will be deducted from any refund.
- If you request reshipment, you will be required to pay the new shipping fee in advance.

7.2 Seller-Responsible Failures
If delivery fails due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, product damage caused by our packaging):
- We will cover all associated costs.
- We will arrange free reshipment or issue a full refund at your option.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier during transit, or arrives damaged due to shipping packaging issues, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at your option, with no additional cost to you.
- Please contact us at support@cyctracebike.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date to report a lost package, or within 48 hours of delivery to report damage. Photo evidence of damaged items and outer packaging is required for damage claims.

9. Import Duties & Taxes

Free shipping to 35+ eligible countries/regions · Duties included. This applies to eligible free-shipping destinations; the coverage table and checkout confirm the service for your address. Other destinations retain their existing shipping and customs terms. Any applicable sales tax or address-specific surcharge is disclosed before payment. Shipping charges are not changed by the updated transit estimates.

Our primary shipping partners include DHL, UPS, YunExpress and other certified international logistics providers.
